Musings from Solitude was originally written during the COVID-19 pandemic in March of 2021. That piece depicts one of the very many nights spent alone, lost in thought.

This work is an orchestration and expansion of the first movement, On Nostalgia, which is an invention on the key signature of D minor.

With a gentle sadness, one remembers what they wish they never took for granted.
